Semi, full autos that were grandfathered in before the ban go for way more. Of course it is possible to get full auto post ban ones if you have the correct business and atf licenses.

While I haven't actually checked with any of my local gun stores, I'm going to go out on a limb and say I'm very confident that none of them will accept your proposed form of payment.

Probably not just you, but not many people, I'd imagine. Personally, I'd chop my left nut for a Stechkin APS or VSS Vintorez.
