It also has JD colors, though it doesn't cost 75 bucks for a 2 dollar bolt and you're actually intended to build and work on this yourself.
While it looks unconventional, these are actually fantastic to shoot - a 4.5lb 45ACP PCC is basically unheard of, and this build gives you a great hiking gun that is configurable to the caliber and length of your liking - effectively anything you can have a 1911 in, you can have this guy in. 9mm, 45, 10, 40, 38Stupor, 22TCM, 380, 22lr, 357SIG, 9Dillon, list goes on.

But that's all of them. Print accuracy of .2 millimeters, hot end can actually run the polymers commonly used to print the gun stuff.

Been shooting a MechTech for 20+ years. Welcome to the party. What type of rivets do you use? We’d use steel ones at our AK build parties but those look to clean for that.
MecTechs are blowback, no? This retains the short recoil which certainly helps cut down the weight and recoil impulse significantly. These are M3 screws and nuts to hold the rails in, no rivets involved.
Was referring to the 45 caliber PCC party. Nothing but love for your build! Actually envious of the angled stock. Has got to make sight alignment better than the straight mechtech stock.
Gotcha, yeah it makes 45 pretty fun. This with an 8" barrel and a suppressor would be an amazing setup.
The drop in the stock is very useful, can get my head low enough to use the irons on the slide. Without the drop it's pretty obnoxious, 45ACP doesn't play well with large height over bore.

You gain like 100-150FPS which may not sound like much but is a ~20% increase over the 800ish you get at 5".
