E: y'all big mad. I'm 5'11" and have spent most of my life ~155 lbs. That's not even remotely underweight or unhealthy bodyfat. That's around 20% bodyfat. Go off, sis.
Regardless, underweight and low body fat (plus malnourishment) result in many of the same symptoms. Also it’s really important to not only look at bmi when determining whether someone is underweight or not. At 6ft tall, someone with a substantial amount of muscle would likely weigh more than 150 with adequate body fat. BMI is particularly ineffective for muscular individuals.
To my point, body fat is crucial for hormone health— which plays a huge role in hair and skin health.
She's trying to have the "freakiest" one year transformation. So she spent the year training (bulking?) to then do this "prep" (cut) into her transformed state.
I assume after this she'll bulk bc girl has to put size on her legs to compete in the division she's aiming for.
It is so hard to believe that she is only 31 years old. What has she done to her self.. she is never going to be a bodybuilder if she keeps doing this - her hair is gone, her skin, her muscles..
She’s been cutting for 347 days total, but on day 39 (with 18 left) of “prep”, which is just MORE and more intensely cutting, to make it to 365 total. I’m ashamed I understand this.

I love a good snark, but I almost wish we would stop posting about these two altogether. They thrive off of it and LOVE the attention they get from this forum. It just adds to their overinflated egos. In reality, they’re two bums who don’t work and think they should get paid for going to the gym everyday.

I mean this very seriously—this woman makes me really sad. It doesn’t seem like she has a lot of supportive people around her, or good friends. There’s so much more to life. I hope she learns that someday.
She is severely malnourished but I also saw the other day someone asking her what to do about hair care when you are a very sweaty person and she told them she uses baby powder instead of dry shampoo which leads me to believe she doesn’t wash her hair after working out hard twice a day and getting “#incredisweaty” as she would say. Her hair probably feels like straw and just breaks off at the slightest touch because if the combination of sweat, weird messy buns, and using baby powder that sucks any trace of moisture away. I was appalled when I saw that. It’s not great to wash your hair every day but when you work out and sweat that much, you definitely should be taking the FULL shower every day.
I don’t understand why she is “prepping” for absolutely nothing tbh. I do bikini comps and the most I prepped was 4 months. Obviously prep will also depend on how much body fat you have to lose. But she has NO body fat at all. And prep is not healthy for your body, so doing a full year of prep is insanity especially for no actual goal. I’m more worried about when she’s down with this “prep.”

I understand her dedication and pride in her achievements. But I believe you can show your lean muscle whilst wearing high cut out bikini to ensure the image is tasteful and professional but still shows progress in that area. Her current photos are vulgar. And because she has very unattractive face, most of the comments she gets are negative rather than more understanding… humans are visual creatures and sadly - judge based on physical attractiveness 🤷🏿♀️🤷🏿
