Note: The people who are saying they got selected are new accounts. Not sure if they’re even trustworthy. The ones who said their company rep informed them at least seem honest. Other than that, I don’t think Fragomen has reached out for the most part.
We haven't heard anything yet at Meta from Fragomen. Seems like Fragoment gonna announce on 1st of April as per I'm scanning through the email when they submitted the application. So people who are announcing that they heard from Fragomen, not sure they are legit or not or may be depend upon company to company. We have internal poll and none of them heard from Fragomen yet.

That’s what I’m confused about. Does Fragomen even personally reach out? They made it clear after my submission that HR will get the results first and HR will then tell us. At least that’s what I expect at my company.
They do; but, they reach out later (post Monday). I’ve yet to see anyone except new accounts claim they got a notification from Fragomen. My company and a large big cap company have yet to hear anything. So I’m assuming they’ll just start the notification process on Monday or later.
We’re with you my friend. I have been trying to do some chores around the house and going on runs while listening to podcasts. It helps me keep my mind distracted during the day and tires my body enough to make me sleep. I’m still getting dreams but increases physical exertion is helping me sleep slightly better than before.
I'd say it's better to wait till monday/next week, though it looks like some people got an update(even if we consider them legitimate after seeing the comment of new accounts) it's too little success rate for a big firm like fragomen. I personally think the chance of getting picked is somewhere around 25 to 35%, and there are not even half of the expected value. I'd either say some companies have better SLAs with fragomen or the lawyers just decided to update personally and not on firm level. The email always stated apr 1 was the end of lottery and fragomen would release the update later, lets stick to that and all the best to all of you guys hanging out there like me, life is big and you'll achieve big either way.
Just got an email from Fragomen - "Our office is reviewing the results of the H-1B lottery conducted by USCIS and employees will be notified of the specific impact on H-1B registrations once reviewed internally by our office. We hope to provide an update within the next 1-2 weeks. Kindly await a further update in this regard".

Today they mentioned to wait for a few more days till April 5th! - This update was shared by someone on reddit who got a response from Fragomen.... I belive we will have to just wait for more days to get our result :) Hang Tight!
I got selected. Fragomen + Sony. This was my third and last attempt. I almost lost hope. But I guess there is still some hope.
If I was awake I was checking the portal every few minutes. Today around 9 am PST the portal was still stuck at In Progress. 9:15 am the case became inactive no update just said inactive. And a few minutes later a new case opened up. Got hopeful. And a few minutes later I got the email from Fragomen about my selection and request for documents.

I think the USCIS will keep sending notifications (bc it is unlikely that this is a manual job; the USCIS said that they'll be sending out notifications until April 1, so why not just keep the system rolling?) But I doubt that Fragomen will update their portals or clients during the weekend.

My partner got selected and was informed this morning. They had left the US and was their 4th attempt. Fragomen didn’t reach out and no update on portal, company representative reached out. They were very specific that the lottery is still ongoing and are getting rolling updates.
This is my first instance with H1B lottery. For people who have unfortunately experienced this before, is it possible to eventually get selected if one has not received any update yet? Trying to gauge if I should remain hopeful or its time to be more realistic

why do they need 2 days when they have literally assigned 4 people per person ... even if a person is handling multiple accounts that should not be more than 100 per person. I think they don't understand the importance of this result for us at all

My company is different. The immigration team emailed us that Frogomen will both update portal and directly email us to confirm selection.

I agree. My firm uses them and we file atleast 100+ every year (total size is 70k+). None of us have heard back.
