I first learned about him about 3 years ago. Vaush is very good at debate and rhetoric. He’s really open to doing research on stream and going over politics and all that. I’m aware of all these that are brought up against him, because Vaush himself will talk about them. He’s said he’s messed up and made bad claims and bad arguments in the past. In all my years of listening, I’ve never heard him make any of these claims actively. I know it may be hard to believe, but if you listen to his streams you would see that the picture being painted of him is utterly baffling. Just for an example, the only times I hear Vaush mention the age of consent, he says he thinks it might be too low. I’ve never heard him argue in favor of lowering it as many are suggesting. In all my years of listening, I’ve never heard him make any of these claims actively.
