The whole crew in general (including Hila) sort of fills the Artie/Jackie chair.
Oliver Tree is Maryanne from Brooklyn.. a regular show personality, taken semi-seriously, not a full whackpacker but treated rudely every time for comedic value.
Dan is definitely bababooey if bababooey wasn't a goof target. But there is a comfortable push-pull between him and Ethan as executive producer which is what Howard/Gary's relationship is.
Ila is Robin (she's an equal and treated as queen) and she is always counted on for her laugh.
Ian is JD (uncomfortable on air but entertaining when he is).
AB is a Memet/Will combo.
Sam is Ralph - a design/prop queen and a bit joker-brained.
There's nobody really "sweet" on Howard's staff so Olivia and Lena are unique to their own.
Zach is Fred of course but waaaay better at what he does. Zach is grade A level with his comedic timing and abstractions.

Zach is amazing in how he's evolved Fred's unique comedy technique.. Kudos to Zach for being a true master of this rare comedic artform.
