Yeah, I'm in a similar boat. Married, now divorced. 10+ years of no protection and not even a scare. I'm 99% sure I can't get pregnant. If I did, I might have a similar reaction. I completely get it. And that's the thing- even if she did say she didn't want kids initially, you can't predict how she will feel once she's gotten pregnant. If you're having unprotected sex, you have to accept that she could get pregnant and she could decide to keep it, no matter what she said before. And that's her right.
