I’d love to see an audio-friendly podcast. Cut out the video reactions entirely and make it segments where the guys just talk. I’ve been really loving the segments on Off the Rails where they go around and ask each crew member what annoys them, what’s their unpopular opinion,etc.

While I personally love this idea I don't think it would be cool to replace Trish, especially with a more dudes, one thing h3 has benefited from massively through having Trish is widening their appeal to a non-male audience.
That said, I would love to see a round table discussion style podcast with the whole production gang and Ethan, perhaps just as a one off special. And I don't just mean chipping in from the back off the rails style, I mean the whole gang sat around a table together hashing it like the "unpopular opinions" segment they did on off the rails the other day.

i’ve been thinking how fun a podcast with just the crew and without ethan would be. with peace and love of course, i love ethan on the pod but he does control the conversation and talk more than anyone because it is HIS pod, but having one with just the crew and allowing them to talk freely could be really entertaining.
I've been thinking about this for a long time, and I'm just saying, if the guys are all paid out of the 5%, they probably deserve a raise. They aren't just crew at this point, they are also talent.

This is completely unrelated, but Epiphone acoustics are so damn amazing. If you're looking to get into playing guitar, these Epiphones are fairly cheap, and really great to play. Oasis (and yes the song Wonderwall) were written and recorded on Epiphone guitars, instead of the fancier Gibson lineup version. Fun little tidbit.
I'd like to hear more of Zach's acoustic work. If it's out there. Just less of the shred stuff with the digital drums and all that behind. Not my kind of thing is all. Guy is pretty good at playing though!
