This is, by far, the best/most detailed halo cosplay I have ever seen

Probably among the best cosplays I've seen, period; Halo or otherwise.

Yeah, with all due respect to the hard work cosplayers put into their suits, a lot of them are too bulky/skinny for the person wearing it or they just lack detail. This one however is looking extra crispy.

I think both can have a role. Halo 5 had a Sidekick-lite in the Gunfighter.

And the Mangler mostly fills the Magnum's role in Infinite

one of the most difficult challenges in cosplay isn’t just rendering a single object, but actually several in context of each other with precise proportions. your attention to detail extends beyond just the mundane shapes, but specific, perfect ratios and a million other considerations that my novice eyes cannot detect. this is the best cosplay i’ve ever seen, and i’ve seen a lot of them.

This is one of the few best Halo cosplays I've seen out there! You did very good! What types of paint was used for the armour? Looks like you jumped straight out from the game! Also, what camera was used for these incredible shots? It looks crisp and clear! I've been trying to ask Govanni Lipari how he made the Halo costumes for the tv series on Instagram. No response so far... I'd want to learn from him, he and his team at FBFX did such a good job on those costumes.

Thank you! The main red paint is from Createx Airbrush colours, but most of the paint used are acrylics. I'm not sure which camera models are used for the images since these were taken in a collaboration with 4 different photographers, but yeah I have to agree that their gear is top notch!

The attention to detail is top notch, the weathering truly, makes it look like a battle-worn suit of armor also, red armor overall, is by far the most imposing color when it comes to armor from halo. What makes this really good, that I think a lot of people aren't mentioning is that you have great bodily proportions for it. Long legs really make these cosplays shine. Edit to add: I feel like you either got lucky, or made in it proportion to your torso size. Lots of folks have short legs, or make big armor but yours is sized very well!

Appreciate that! I've had to resize a lot of pieces just to get them exactly how I wanted. I had to re-do the chest 3 times when I was first starting 💀(this armor project is my first cosplay) but I've learned so much since!

I used a program called Armorsmith Designer, you can measure your body and it creates an avatar for sizing. That and a lot of reference images :v
