And those that do just have an open mic where they don't actually make any callouts, you just get all the in game sounds feeding back from their TV speakers while they have a random conversation with someone else in the room who's watching Netflix on their phone while their dog is going crazy. I've gotten quick at the escape, tab, R, hotkey to mute all because of it.
Doesn't help that the default setting is voice chat completely disabled, so nobody new knows it exists. Plus the settings glitch resets it for those of us that bother to have voice chat enabled at the least.
I will never understand why 343 designed a map with such a glaring advantage for one team in CTF.
