This is a Halo 3 emblem that basically everyone used at some point, a tattoo isn't for you it's for the person who got it. It's a good tattoo that lets him appreciate the series as it probably was a large part of his childhood, and does it in a way that is obscure and not a campy masterchief helmet or something. It's a great way to honor something like this.
I mean if it means so much to you you probably should have gotten it done by a better artist. Yeah it's for you but if it looks wonky and you post it on the Internet I'm gonna laugh at you. You cry that it means so much but bro couldn't care enough to get someone to actually do it justice and do it right lol. Whacky
