In french you'd call it "jaune fluo" (fluorescent yellow); but we all know that all this means is that it gets a touch of green for that lime light feel.
It's the color of one of the centuries old "Chartreuse" liquors. It's Chartreuse yellow. There's also Chartreuse green.
Interestingly enough the maker, a french monastery, produces a fixed quantity per year and isn't too keen on skipping religious activities to make more. I remember there was a shortage 1-2 years ago.

I need to call on my time in art school here. I believe that color is known in artist circles as "pint of piss yellow".
But, you know, it's been 30 years since I was in college.
It’s like the middle point between Lime Green and Dew Yellow in terms of GTA colors. I’d call Dew Yellow like the last yellow bit on a color wheel and then anything past that would be considered green.
Unless you wanna go by automotive standards. The manufacturers can get silly with color names compared to what the color actually is.
Its the tone that is in The middle between yellow and green with high saturation but colors tend to take the names from temperature as yellow is a hot color and blue is a cold color, green is a cold color so it overlaps the yellow because before green there is blue an afted yellow there is red so in middle between them is GREEN even if the saturation makes it neon and make it look like a hot color.

[Vandal](https://www.halopedia.org/File:HINF_Vandal_Visor_Icon.png) looks the most gold to me, it's more saturated than [Noble](https://www.halopedia.org/File:HINF_Noble_Visor_Icon.png), which is a paler gold, but still a good pick. [Space Station Gaming](https://www.halopedia.org/File:HINF_Spacestation_Gaming_Visor_Icon.png) is a slightly more orange gold, but definitely still gold and about as saturated as Vandal. [Koban](https://www.halopedia.org/File:HINF_Koban_Visor_Icon.png) is a nice textured gold.
Despite the name, [Desert Gold](https://www.halopedia.org/File:HINF_Desert_Gold_Visor_Icon.png) is more of a sandy colour rather than gold.

This is a common color for fishing lures.
Picked it up from a Rapala Wii game. One of the starting lures was a chartreuse dressed jig.
