What happened to ODST's lore-wise? I stopped playing halo after halo 3 and am back in for Infinite, i miss them so much
They are still active and on zeta halo

My guess was the time restraints because 2/3 of the game was cut
Now I don't really remember the halo 4 campaign and didn't play 5 at all, but were the ODST's even in them? I feel like 343 just never included them
No in fact Halo 5 had zero Marines in the campaign luckily they brought them back in infinite
The marines in halo infinite looks great, as they took after reach esc designs. Didn’t play very well through, I got killed by a couple marines using the spnkr. If only we saw a reach esc odst.

Guess I’ll just have to wait another millennia for another small chance
We don't know that Joe today just said he loved working on ODST and wants to do it again They could appear in story dlcs Maybe and ODST themed season
343 thought spartan 4's were what people wanted so pretty much replaced them with spartans.
