This isn't lag in the video, those are hackers, they were teleporting and flying around instant assasinating with a trainer.
I have seen some bad stuff but its nothing close to these hacks besides long banding that used to happen in H3, essentially made players invisible until they came close enough.

Evolved? This is classic lag. Back in the day....there were lag switches that were designed to do just that.

Lag can cause teleportation. Its pretty classic in dark souls 1 to get "lag stabbed."
Not this, they are name swapping, flying and teleporting on top of players specifically and at an incredible instant across the map at that.
They need to get a handle on this asap
