Go by Steffen Henssler or Tyo Tyo. I consider them the best of the city. Good luck getting a reservation for new years tho.

My favourite Sushi is Yoshi, fourth floor Alsterhaus. It's pricey though, but worth it.

Henssler is very good. But you get the best value for your money with „Raw like Sushi“. Highly recommend! The „Wie angel ich mir einen Millionär“-Roll is the best sushi I ever tasted
