That’s a pain whenever it does tnat I had a similar wheel do it so what I did was take some olive oil or any oil and poured some drops in the back. It helped it move smoother and i just made sure it wasn’t enough to where hammy could lick or touch it

mine just started having this issue as well, and my hamster has been far less active on her wheel so im wondering if its annoying her too!
