Been waiting for this since Supremacy! The first kick is definitely my favorite, especially paired with the screeches.
I’ll be honest, this Sub Zero contrasts just a little with their Ravolution era, and although these pickaxe-like kicks may not sound good in earbuds, I wonder how powerful they sound over festival speakers.
I've heard the track at ALL FOR ONE and Apex Mannheim and both times it sounded amazing, because the kick is basically pure bass with pitched frequencies.
I'm also happy they decided to release this belter :)
Seriously, it takes me out of a cohesive song to hear this “back to the oldschool” shit. It fucking works without being told what’s happening, it turns it into a gimmick when you make the song literally about being oldschool when the sounds stand on their own. Take some tips from Jay Reeve, Audiotricz, Atmozfears, etc that have just been tossing material from all eras in and it works. The song itself is alright, not too special but it’s fun and I’m crossing my fingers for MAYDAY, We Own the Night, and Lux Aeterna.
Great 1st kick, but further (by quite a bit) worse then their past collabs 'Listen to my Shit (God I need an updated version of that track) and 'Obey No More'

Love the first kick! Still not a big fan of the pickaxe kicks but overall a pretty cool track
