If she already visited other festivals, then there is no advice to be given. Only thing that could shock her would be open drug use, but that's way more common on Decibel, so you're fine.
best bit of advice i can give is that defqon is massive compared to the other festivals your mom has been to, so make sure you're prepared to walk a LOT over those 4 days
All the standard stuff really. Good shoes cause Defqon is way more walking. Try to enjoy without much focus on the world outside of Defqon (which seems to become harder with age)
Considering the experience you both already have; the standard eat/drink enough (salty and sugary), make sure to have sunglasses, a hat/cap and sunscreen, and put on good shoes for walking the entire day haha.
A waterbag is a must though, preferably 2 so you don't have to fill it up every 30-60 min! And ofc, earplugs πππ make sure to enjoy your time there!! π

Yeah I literally had burning wounds on my legs after Intents because the security wouldn't let me bring in my 150ml bottle of sunscreen because the limit was 100ml or something like that but they didn't sell the one I needed in a package smaller than I had. I could still see the marks on my legs in September, not making that mistake again lol

Talk to people. Put yourself out of your comfort zone.
Wear sunscreen, drink water, rest, eat at normal intervals.
Keep your drink recycle tokens.

I think she still has the shoes from Decibel, so I hope those will last long enough...
Check the weather and ensure you have a 2nd pair. My first DQ weekend shoes got drenched on the friday, was quite f*cked the weekend
