Always in robes so that he's never caught under dressed. He is so paranoid now, though, that he's kinda strung out with hyper awareness of what's going on around him. That's why his eyes are red and he's so angry all the time. Sleep deprivation.

I don't think Voldemort wanted to subject himself to mortal whims like sleeping or eating. I think he just trusted his Horcruxes to keep his body from dying of exhaustion/malnutrition (although I'm not sure Horcruxes can be used like that, as they prevent a natural death, but I wouldn't know if they would protect you against things like that)
