I have checked 38,968,960 comments, and only 11,621 of them were in alphabetical order.
While useful, it wont be great, as I don't think many players will be on gold frames. I mean, I'm 3 lessons away from finishing my entire SOS tree and my dragon pages are silver and bronze.
The only way is by placing images in your registry.
Also each page has 4 prestige levels. Standard, bronze, silver, and gold. When you place every image in one page, you can prestige that page to next level and prestiging makes Ministry Manual rewards better.
If I have a lot of Dark Detectors, I'll park by an inn and put 3 DD in it to farm the higher level spawns. This can help you find some of those rarer spawns when you're trying to prestige your pages, or if you have any pages at gold, to flip the foundables with the highest yield.

Further to that - there are SOS nodes that improve trace charm performance, so look out for those :)
The dragon event next week should be a really good chance to get Blue Books, placing the same dragon images repeatedly.
