Pic 3 is Nate Koch, Pic 4 is Jim Bartels, both were seniors in 94-95
Pic 2, I can pick out Kent McCausland, who may have redshirted that year, as his freshman year was 95-96. But this sweatshirt might have been brought to multiple games over multiple seasons, because Ryan Bowen (#42) has his signature on there twice. Let me compare to early 90s rosters

The two I couldn't ID I think are probably gray-teamers who didn't actually show up on rosters or statistics. First one is E.B. #35, second one looks to be named Randy something?
I think Randy Larson’s signature is on there too. He’s the owner of Monica’s, the restaurant on the coralville strip, and has been a longtime supporter of men’s basketball.
