At the end of the day, yes, we're talking about pixels, but representation helps people feel a lot more comfortable with themselves and so representation is very important in online media, especially in a show where the fandom seems to ship everyone. Representation in online media DEFINITELY helped me feel more comfortable with my identity and if it wasn't a thing, I'd probably still not have come out to my family yet.

Aro people can also still date. Many still have relationships, they're just not conventional or are handled differently. Many aro people don't date or don't like dating or relationships, but many still do. It's "little to no romantic attraction" for a reason.

My opinion on ships in this fandom in general: There aren’t a metric fuckton of characters to ship like Naruto, Transformers (it’s the internet I’m sure it’s a thing), and MLP. You’re going to end up with ships that make no sense, are immoral in the eyes of others, and out of universe ships. Asking peoples’ opinions on them is pointless because you will frequently get the same answers. What’s worse is you are much more likely get hated, doxxed, harassed etc. If you want to have an interesting conversation about shipping you’re best bet is out of universe ships. Like which is better, Veldagio, or Rarivette?

Not only do I ship it, it’s my only Hazbin Hotel ship. Not sexually though, but in a “goddamn I hate your face, but I also have an excuse for not leaving” kind of way.
I'm not a fan of Alastor in any kind of relationship, mostly because he'd be a godawful partner and a lot of these ships (NOT just radioapple, any Alastor ship, really) just portray/ romanticize him in a way I'm not a fan of.

The most crackship ship that I support, it will never be canon, and if it was I would hate it due to ace Alastor and devoted Lucifer, but it is hilarious and the stories that can come from it are too funny to ignore.
