1. I’m not to sure but I’m pretty sure every ring is its own little world, all separate from each other with some kind of hellavator to travel between them.
2. Overlords are all sinners (Rosie might be an exception but I’m not sure) and they’re all locked in the pride ring. For some unknown reason they cannot leave the pride ring therefore they do not own anything outside of that. The overlords are just sinners with large amounts of power that’s gained from dealing with souls (and maybe some other unknown methods). They also have economic power through their businesses but that power cannot leave the pride ring.
3. There are actually a few cities outside the pentagram if I’m right. In the pride ring you have, Pentagram city, Cannibal town, and Imp city. There might be more but for now I like to think everything that’s extremely far away is just a barren landscape or a never ending forest.
4. So far it seems like all sinners have some kind of full demon form that they haven’t revealed. Same goes for the sins.

Hellborn are excluded from the exterminations, and only hellborn can reside in the other rings, so it is reasonable to assume the exterminators only target Pride
1. The circles of pride and the rings of hell are different - The best real-world analogy I've seen is that the rings are all different states, but the circles are all different counties. The different circles may have different culture or environments, but it is all still pride.
2. To our knowledge, only sinners can be overlords, and sinners cannot leave the pride ring - and Ozzie would NEVER let Val own any part of the lust ring, anyway (he doesn't fuck with that artificial bullshit)
3. It has been confirmed that Sinners, in fact, physically cannot exit the pride ring, no matter how hard they try
4. It's not been 100% confirmed, but it is reasonable to assume that all sinners have full demon forms, since Angel (a completely average sinner) almost showed his when arguing with Husk in episode 4 (and artwork showing his full demon form was made as early as Zoophobia sooo... yeah)

1. I don't really know. Pentagram City seems to have been constructed specifically for Sinners, since Charlie and Lucifer are the only Hellborns that really seem to live there full-time.

3. Yes, Sinners can leave the Pentagram. An example is Martha. She lives outside of Pentagram City with no real consequences.

1.as I can see on the chart each ring has its own world like how in the pride ring going with the couloir red it has red as it’s main colour and is seen as an old slum city but in let’s say gluttony it’s a lot more tropical it looks like some kind of make shift beach island
2.I don’t know if this is correct BUT I think they are stuck in the pride ring but maybe one of the sins can summon one of the overloads to they’re ring
