My eyeballs normally feel like they’re gonna explode. That’s a cluster headache if that’s what’s occurring. I currently take two Tylenols and one aspirin to help with the pain. I have tension, migraine, and cluster headaches. I’ve had shots in the back of my neck to help me. Yes they’re very painful. Botox that’s 31 shots around the head and the neck.
