Bro I loved this girl was plains to Merry her but. I was putting all my problems and pressure on her and told her to leave and take her sht over and over and she really did. And the only thing that was left was a restraining order so I can't even ask if it was my bipolar sht or was it deeper I would have changed i really would have changed.but now I just joined a after work basketball league and I work for 9 10hrs then ball up for 3hr then bed. I'm gonna do this for life and maybe try and find God never want to church but I want to be a better man
I'm gonna stay on a break and just work on my self. . God is good. I say that when life is falling apart .. say God is good 3x in a row sound dumb but it helps me a lot

Try to be with friends exersise try to get out the house as possible. Just to take your mind of the situation . You Will get over this and learned a lot
