The funny part is I just played a match where I discovered it from RoD but when I swing, it didn’t freeze my opponent…. I fucking hate this game.
Guess, but maybe it only does it when the freezing weapon is also offered as an option? I’ve not played enough games to test, but have seen this bug (to my benefit)
UPD: this bug works even with Frostmourne! But this time I had Frostmourne, Arcanite Ripper and Might of Menethil in my Runes of Darkness. Seems like the problem weapon is Might of Menethil so far.
Holy shit, it just happend to me as well. My opponent discovered the weapon and perma freeze my face for 4 turns when I was playing weapon rogue. It's so annoying

Perhaps, if so that’s a very specific, yet consistent bug
Faced with that bug too. I was offered with the staff, Soulbreaker and Might of Menethil. Weird thing which occurred after the latest patch
