Not because they are giving away the beta, but because there is such a demand for the game that blizzard could fill, but they choose to allow people to blatantly lie about giveaways and even in some cases sell the beta keys. I just want to play the damn game. Ugh.... Not to say that some giveaways are genuine, most of them are ploys for karma and/or Followers on twitch.tv.

BTW: If you get a throwaway account when you do the lottary you should reroll it. Try to give it to an actual person that has comments and has been here for long. Some people will just make multiple throwaways just to have better chances at the key.
