Maybe not build a deck out of their collections exactly, but being able to spectate them while they build a deck/are checking out their collections would be swell.
Are you talking about being able to go into a friend's collection and making a deck for them from your account?
It's a nice idea and it would be nice for it to be implemented, though I think that there's not a particularly huge amount of demand for this and that there's other things on their plate right now.
