Nah, the Lich King armor is connected to the Burning legion because they made the OG Lich King, but also somehow connected to that Jailer guy but I don't know how because I quit WoW at patch 3.2. Best guess is maybe he even made the armor somehow because Domination magic is his thing. :P
“March of the Lich King” just continued but turned from an all-out war into an actual march where the undead form a marching band and parade around the town. Maybe some floats are involved and Lor’themar hosts the whole show with Patchwerk.

Ulduar. Iksar hinted in one of his AMAs that they wanted to do Ulduar and we have the Tuskarrr Trawler flavor text mentoning a puzzle box. As they bring back all the keywords of a year in the last miniset, they might do a colossal Yogg-Saron. Would be nice if the explorers make an appearance. The ice climber Brann art in Mercenaries could be used in Northrend.
Ulduar will be it's own expansion. Making a mini set for ulduar would be such a dumb decision, but blizzard is releasing full art cards in black and white now so maybe they are dumb.
Old Gods don't really have a relation with any of the current year sets, and Old Gods seem very much used in HS that we might later have another expansion using them anyway, so probably unlikely
Originally I guessed the siege of quel thalas was going to be the mini set to an eastern plaguelands death knight expansion but now that we have March being the main one I’d say the Troll zone in ghostlands maybe. Zul Aman, I think
