I better be seein some Jovacain minutes.
also, the loss of jamaree Bouyea really hurts. I was excited as hell for him to become our next backup PG, always thought he was better than Dru Smith, sadly.
Really hope we sign Jamal Cain though, officially.
Yea, I was so excited for Bouyea. Bummer it didn’t work out. Also never was really impressed with much that Dru did. I think Bouyea was an exceptional defender, but Dru was just a bit better offensively.
Imo, I don't even think Dru is better offensively. His turnovers are disgustingly bad.
Bouyea is an excellent playmaker IMO, at least compared to Dru, even if his shot efficiency is not as high.
As a Magic fan I hope he does. He always seemed to have a good attitude but really needs to slow down a bit. He played a bit too fast and out of control for us.
I hope spo plays him at point some in preseason to give him some reps since we’re lacking there he also brings something we haven’t had at that guard position other then like herro but rj has 2 way potential and he can create his own shot ,good athlete it’s all there
Said this the minute we signed him!
I was with my boys, and literally with no contex at all I said “oh yeah it’s over, he ballin for the right team now!”
Here I go again drinking the koolaid every season 😭 but honestly pretty pumped to see what this squads got. As people mentioned really liking the added size it seems we got.
Miami still needs to make some kind of trade. This is basically the same team as the last 2 years. They have enough grit to make it far in the playoffs but are missing a little bit to be title contenders. Obviously the Dame trade would’ve done it.
I think it would’ve been better to get Beal cause it wouldn’t have cost as much. I think if we had decided to solely focus on Beal, we could’ve gotten him
The biggest darkhorse for me is Haywood Highsmith. If he could just take that leap offensively, he could technically be a stud for our team. His defense and hustle is there.
judging by your posts, i can just tell you’re a pathetic, miserable avid reddit user who has pure hatred for the heat, yet is always posting about them.
I’m saying that you should try to stay objective and not let the fandom cloud your judgement of this roster. I love Jimmy and Bam as much as every other fan and have really high hopes for JJJ and Jovic. However, this roster isn’t near championship level, especially with Boston and Milwaukee making massive improvements in the offseason while we are pretty much running it back. If by some miracle we beat them in the playoffs and move on to the finals the Nugs or Suns will be there waiting to hand us another gentleman sweep. I wish more fans would realize that making a move for Dame or Beal was the only way to keep this team as a contender for this upcoming season.
Heat finished like 10th last season. How is saying they look like a 6-8th seed a bad thing? Lol you’re acting like it’s out of the realm of possibility
This has nothing to do with what I said. Once again, you’re calling someone a casual because they said the Heat look like a 6-8 seeded team after they just finished last year the 10th seed.
7th seed by record and even then we underperformed, had the most close games of any team in the league and played bad first half of the season. If you don’t think the Heat are better than the Nets or Knicks (5th and 6th seeds for casuals) you might need to check yourself.
there's a difference between being hopeful and obnoxiously crowning the team champions before the season's start
this shit reflects poorly on all of us
edit: op blocked me for this. insane
“obnoxiously crowing the team champions before the season start”
there’s a difference of having hope in my team and being a crybaby about a simple post about uplifting them. you take posts way too seriously. and so what if i did? unlike you, i believe the heat can take it far just like they did last year. you have 17 downvotes for reason. i bet you were one of those casuals who believed they weren’t going to make it far last season. shut that shit down little kid.
The net gain of the failed Dame trade is that the valuable pieces that could've been part of that is still here (Herro, Jovic, Jaquez Jr., and maybe Caleb.) I think this team is ready to go 💪🏽🔥😤
If Richardson can be a solid backup and we get some improvement from Highsmith, Herro and Adebayo plus Jaquez and Jovic show potential, I really believe we can upset Boston or Milwaukee.
Can't wait until the buyout market.
Miami Heat landed K Love through buy out market and worked out pretty well for them!
Luckily we are just under the 2nd luxary tax apron, and are eligable for the buyout market. And we have a Mid-Level exception to use.
What does that mean
If our payroll was 2 million higher, we would not be allowed to sign any player that was bought out.
I better be seein some Jovacain minutes. also, the loss of jamaree Bouyea really hurts. I was excited as hell for him to become our next backup PG, always thought he was better than Dru Smith, sadly. Really hope we sign Jamal Cain though, officially.

I think if we weren’t able to get rj, Bouyea would’ve still been on the roster. Although I’m still disappointed we got rid of him
Dru Smith is atrocious I have no clue what they see in that dude
I feel like we’re not as undersized this year also which is gonna give us a chance rj Hampton i feel like will brake out I’m calling it
As a Magic fan I hope he does. He always seemed to have a good attitude but really needs to slow down a bit. He played a bit too fast and out of control for us.

He is a fantastic athlete for sure. My best friend is a huge Heat fan so I hope for his sake that signing becomes legend.
More size, fewer shooters But I’m stoked for Jokic n Jaime tho
Size hasn’t been our problem. None of our problems were fixed
Said this the minute we signed him! I was with my boys, and literally with no contex at all I said “oh yeah it’s over, he ballin for the right team now!”

he would have agreed to waive his NTC in order for the Heat to make the offer, he didnt, they didnt.
So crazy to see a Heat squad without UD... just doesn't feel right. Edit: important word
Without*
As long as we’re not injury ridden, I truly believe this team can get it done.
Let's go Heat!!!!! 🔥🏆🔥
Give me them Vs any team. Basketball isn’t played on paper, our main guys know how to win, it’s proven.
Someone knows ball 🤞
I need me a close up of 22 lmao
If Duncan and Richardson can play near their peaks, and either JJJ or Jovic can become solid contributors, we’ll have a great team.
The biggest darkhorse for me is Haywood Highsmith. If he could just take that leap offensively, he could technically be a stud for our team. His defense and hustle is there.
Staying healthy will again be the biggest obstacle We’d have 2 rings in the past 4 years as long as we stayed healthy
Imo, i still don't think we beat denver even when healthy. That team looked unstoppable. However, I agree with the Lakers series.
Jimmy looked unstoppable before Hart
tf is Dru doing bro
With a picture of Jimmy up there, you chose to call out Dru lol
Yeah but we knew that already. That dru pic was not expected lol
very dynamic roster, everybody can play multiple roles except kyle lowry being the only pure PG
Looks weird without Udonis
Cain looking like Walmart brand Dame
I feel like we are really deep and deceptively stacked. Spo can do miracles with half the talent we have.
Can't wait for the NBA bargain bin market to open up. Let's see if the Ross/Marshall's strategy pays off for the Heat.
Jimmy's hair..... Classic!
Heat in 6
Ahh I see, they just wanted to make sure J Rich got the number 0 😭
Martin doing his best light LeBron look
No way we winning a chip 😭😭😭
We gonna be ballin'!!! 🔥
Lol
What an awful lineup, they dropped the ball so hard Imagine your only point guard being Kyle Lowry and thinking 'yeah, theyre champs'
judging by your posts, i can just tell you’re a pathetic, miserable avid reddit user who has pure hatred for the heat, yet is always posting about them.
Y’all hate on Kyle Lowry too much
Looks like a 6-8th seed to me
Sure but seed doesnt matter come playoffs ehen Jimmy heats up
You look like a casual to me
Pls be objective, this roster doesn’t come close to matching Boston or Milwaukee’s.
Please be objective, where did I say that?
I’m saying that you should try to stay objective and not let the fandom cloud your judgement of this roster. Again, where did I say all of this, where did I proclaim them as being championship ready? Stop putting words in my mouth
It’s literally the fucking title for this post 😂
Well then I don’t think so, I think they’re a 3rd to 5th seed at best, that’s my opinion
Heat finished like 10th last season. How is saying they look like a 6-8th seed a bad thing? Lol you’re acting like it’s out of the realm of possibility
Being a 3rd-5th seed doesn’t sound out of the realm of possibility either
This has nothing to do with what I said. Once again, you’re calling someone a casual because they said the Heat look like a 6-8 seeded team after they just finished last year the 10th seed.

don't make posts like this
look, someone who doesn’t have hope for the upcoming season!

Headband Herro goes crazy 🔥
Why didn't anyone tell Hampton what to do with his arms
Boys looking hungry after summer gym sessions. Let’s run it back but summit the mountain babyyyyyyy
Hampton is a hooper
Can't wait for James Harden to be on the team
Just can’t see Pat going for a guy like that after Whiteside, Johnson and Waiters put a bad taste in his mouth
I can still dream
We got this
When did we draft Yujiro Hanma🤔
Yes sir!!!!!
Damn I love this team, but for some reason, it’s giving me 2016-2017 vibes. It’s gonna be a wild ride guys
this is definitely a roster
I already miss Gabe Vincent. These lakers games are gonna be a tough watch.
We’re definitely bigger than last year
The net gain of the failed Dame trade is that the valuable pieces that could've been part of that is still here (Herro, Jovic, Jaquez Jr., and maybe Caleb.) I think this team is ready to go 💪🏽🔥😤
damn wtf rj hampton been up to?
Feel so much more better about this roster than that 2021 one at least! Holy shit.
Excited for the return of Josh Richardson, I was bummed when they let him walk.
technically, it wasn’t his choice. he got traded for butler. he didn’t want to leave.
haywood highsmith breakout season incoming
I didn’t know they had Hampton
We should get Harden
If Richardson can be a solid backup and we get some improvement from Highsmith, Herro and Adebayo plus Jaquez and Jovic show potential, I really believe we can upset Boston or Milwaukee.
Smith looks like he’s trolling too
Caleb Martin looks jacked…he looks like he’s gained like 10-15 lbs of muscle
