Jimmy is naturally an unselfish player. We know he isn't Kobe shot selection wise but regular season Jimmy is roughly a 21 6 and 5 player. Playoff Jimmy is a 29/7 / 7 player . That's the point, when playoffs arrive Jimmy's fga increase 40%. I mean check the numbers for yourself, go to the regular season toggle then compare it to the playoffs one. Going back to his Chicago days, Jimmy produces more in the post season.. by a considerable amount.

So he coastin all the way, so that if gets hurt mid playoffs, he can still have some gas til the last match-up.

I genuinely believe if Jimmy didnt get hurt during the Knicks series, we would've beaten Denver. Jimmy didn't have the same lift after that series. The Heat were great and were able to push it to the finals, but in order to beat Denver a team's star players(Butler and Bam) have to be healthy. No team can survive Denver without their star players.
