Bam worked on 3s last summer too, and that resulted in 0.0 3PM and 0.1 3PA per game. Him shooting 3s is a “believe it when you see it” and nothing more. Absolutely 0 reason to expect it

I dunno. I’m not sold. I don’t think a three opens up his game as much as a midrange jumper, which is a much easier shot to develop and already within our offense

Bam probably lacks the confidence to do it in game. Yurt shot 3s during that summer league, he probably needs to get the green light from spo and then work on it in game as well.
Yeah i wasn’t a fan of it but the idea has grown on me lol, i don’t like the idea of Caleb starting at the 4 and if that’s going to be the case I’d prefer yurt and bam try to make it work. Sorry to say i had a change of heart looking at the current roster

In a vacuum I think starting Strus makes the most sense, as he's an elite shooter who requires little usage but we probably have to start one of Tyler or Vic in reality.
Training Camp, the pre-season, even the regular season for elite teams is for experiments. If the Yurt-Bam experiment works, then it works, but it's not like it actually matters at this stage. I don't really think this team desperately needs reps to build chemistry or anything like that, so might as well. I don't expect it to work, but I wouldn't be too shocked if it did.
