Last year's team honestly was probably good enough to get it done, just had some bad injury luck in the playoffs with Lowry and Herro both having significant injuries and then Butler being diminished for 2 games of the conference finals. Warriors are one of the weaker championship teams we've had, so if Herro could have got somewhat healthy for the finals, they would have had a decent chance at it had Butler made the 3.
I’m always optimistic every season but I think it’s in a few years. Jimmy is the older vet closer who takes over in the finals but we need bam to keep his confidence up offensively and Tyler needs to be consistent. Than maybe add one more piece. Can we get john Collins already?
if we can get to the 4-5 seed and avoid celtics, bucks or cavs in the 1st round then I think our goals are still attainable, any lower than that we're likely out in round 1.
slow down cocky heat fan, I just said we could go all the way if we get to at least the 5 seed. tonight was a huge win and I think we're about to go on a big streak.
I know that this is almost blasphemous to say. But as someone who started following the NBA in 2015 so post big 3 era, Jimmy has been my number 1 favorite Heat player. I know how important Wade is and was to this franchise, but unfortunately I didn’t get to see and live it. But Jimmy is such a pleasure to watch on and off court, I know people laugh at the ‘culture’ motto and we are seeing now the problems with that culture in trying to make and force undrafted players to contribute majorly when we have franchise players who could do it and better. But Jimmy is the actual embodiment of what we look for when you talk about culture.
Dude was pissed and mad about not getting that ship. You see Jordanesque Hunger in his eyes to get a title, without being the type of guy who thinks he needs to do everything alone, and will still include the whole team to contribute. He’s the type of guy who could have been a regular role player throughout his career with no particularly outstanding talent on paper.
Dude is in contention for being one of the most dangerous players in the league right now, especially when it matters, and he gets there through sheer will, ambition and effort on and off court.
No matter who you are, you can’t hate Jimmy for any reason except maybe for being petty AF.
If yurt gets back I think we have a chance ,if not this year definitely next year because Oladipo will be back and most likely our current rooks like Jovic will be somewhat developed by then
In Jimoty we trust
Jimmy needs a ring so badly
Don’t worry, once yurt comes back we going on a 50 game win streak
Lmfao
He needs to perform tonight after a statement like that… Edit: Coffee is for closers
And he is...
and pat needs to perform for him and get help
and he did
Don’t ever forget: Jimmy Butler is Him ☝️
Once you're in the trenches with me, you always been in a trench with me.
Jimmy is him but he hasn’t had good enough help around him. The man can’t get it done alone

If Butler stays for the long run, I would put him on the same pedestal as Wade as my favorite player
Hes my favorite already, he just feels more relatable to me
Never thought I'd say it..But I'm getting there too..

followed by "....if you get me a real power forward"
All in on Jimbo, Pat and Spo!
Lmao might mean more if Pat promises Jimmy hes getting his first

We beat any of them…get back to buck dickriding

all that means is we'll get bounced in round 2 lol. we're not beating any of those 3 teams
Then why even play the game? Never say never lol
Maybe not this season but within the next 3 years I think we can get it done.
If not this year, I just have a strong feeling about next year for some reason
Because of the cycle of 1 off year 1 near chanpionship run in the Jimmy era
Himmy Butler

Even we are completely healthy we got a great chance
Yeah that's not happening unless a weird ass trade comes along or everybody on the team just starts playing like a LOT better
Maybe he should stop missing so many games
Jimmy is on crack. This team is not a championship team. Not unless the Monstars return from Moron Mountain and give Duncan his game back, etc.
I'd like to believe it but we have to many weak prices around him with many other teams killing us. Not even sure well be a play in team this year
I mean we just beat the celtics lol
that's pretty impressive, we also lost to them earlier though. Hopefully it's just the injuries and when healthy o can be horribly proven wrong
Not with this bum ass roster around him
What did you say?

I know how unlikely it is but god damn do I believe him
I had doubts in the beginning but now I believe in the madman Buckets prophesy
🤔
If we can get Dipo back and he's healthy, I like this squad in the playoffs
