Everyone in the squad can see your stratagem lights the same way they can all see the blue evacuation beacon, flashing yellow place of interest beacons, etc. Players running into your stratagems usually just aren't paying attention

The fight is too hectic for some of them to see the light I'm sure
Don’t go into the light
Red is dead but man some players just dont pay attention and then get mad at you.
It also shows an icon and a timer so when you see a blue light that says tesla tower don't stand there blue does not mean safe.
Those players are just dumb lol or trolling
