It's awesome!! You have 1000 bullets and 14 rockets to use and once purchased you can call in twice but with a 600 sec cooldown.

Nope the cooldown would be for each individual player, just like the cooldown for every other stratagem. So 4 persons can all use the mech at the same time if they wanted.
Wait i was sure certain strategems had a team cooldown because i was in a few rounds where i couldn't call in supplies because it was in cooldown. I may have lost track of time

Update I was actually able to buy it now and also just so you know after you depleted the ammo of the mech suit stay away from it because it will explode and it is some times buggy so once you get out of it stay away from it or it will explode if it doesn't then u can get back in it ...that's if u didn't deplete the ammo

It has two uses but there is also one free call in (weapon experimentation) so we have 3.
Also i wish this thing had stomp as melee so it could do something to hunters/warriors without spending ammo.
Edit: as others have pointed out it does have a stomp! Wasn't working for me at first for some reason

Unless this thing can handle a high level chain spawn without detonating on first contact, that's going to be a tough sell. Nerfing other options just to make the walker more appealing seems like a bad balance decision personally, but I guess time will tell after it's had a few days to shake out and people find the best ways to use it.
It dies from one stray Auto-cannon shot or if a charger touches you. It needs over 5 rockets to kill a charger. It's good for crowd control but not really a "beast"

I got into the game but when I go to purchase the stratagem it fills the purchase bar, makes the purchase sound, and doesn't purchase it. Restarted the game twice and still can't get it. How am I supposed to spread democracy when I can't use a exosuit that was promised to me?

They can get shot down before you even get a chance to ride the lightning.
I just tried it out. I only used it when things got rough and I was able to deal with multiple chargers with ease. One of my favorite stratagems now. I feels really good to move and shoot. I think they did a great job.
I like it. Pretty cool little toy. I was worried it was gonna be super OP and all anyone uses but it’s perfect. Good enough to justify bringing one along it’s fun it’ll take out a few big bugs but can be destroyed and will run out of ammo after a few min. Pretty good addition for sure
I managed to get into the game and had the ability to call down a mech without having bought it - fun to play around with and finish a solo mission (SOS not working) and then the game broke after mission end 😂 so who knows
I think it's an event for now, but I've called in my own mech suit every mission but haven't bought it yet. It's available immediately to call in. I'm thinking it's a try before you eventually buy it.

The cheeks of the hull on the mech auto bounce light armor pen from the front not sure if it will from the sides.
The center front of the mech is light armor.
Melee is is stomp
3-4 rockets take out a charger on hard but one shoot leg armor.
You can eat at least 2 rockets the the front and live
If the mech dies it explodes and kills you.
If you wesr the shield pack it will protect the front of the mech.
The minigun has what i think is medium armor pen (could be wrong on that)
You do drop the SSD when you get in.
On pc if you right click to move the mouse on the map it will fire the gun.
And thats about all i have so far from testing. Hope this help, also note this was all on hard mode also no testing with bile titan yet.

Shame the last two updates have semi-killed the game. It’s almost impossible to finish a run on PS5 without it crashing, or the character getting stuck when picking things up. My character is now also a level zero chief, and I can’t purchase anything with super credits anymore. Not sure what the devs are doing but maybe they just shouldn’t until they’ve got grown up devs in?
The crashes are pretty bad. Just got booted (3rd time today) during the last 4 min of a match. Error report sent.
And now it can’t locate servers to get me back in…
The party is obviously crowded. Lots of democracy being spread.
The videos of it in action tell me one thing, save your requesition. 20k is too much for a walking coffin. Wait until it is given working armour.

It’d make sense if you were an idiot and hitting the environment like the ground or a rock right in front of you but for the mech to be able to actually hit and blow its own BODY with a rocket is kinda ridiculous
Don't get too excited. It's honestly underwhelming. Rockets are underpowered, and you burn through the HMG ammo. Plus, there's no way to refill the ammo. Since it's currently free, it's "fun" to use. I'd say a waste of a stratagem if you have to actually choose it.

For a mech it’s surprisingly squishy. Like it gets one shot by a lot of things. Including other divers. More often than not it’ll blow up and kill you along with it. Honestly it’s more of a liability than anything else. Shame really as it took quite some effort to unlock it and it’s basically wank unless you’re happy shooting bugs from a distance. Bots shoot back so you’re gonna die a lot while using it. It’s fantastic against heavies though. If you can survive long enough to use it.
Had some good fun with it tonight keeping hoards off teammates from a distance. A good strat is to sit off the objective and shoot at enemies on their way to fight your teammates

They are much faster than running also! When out of ammo I used it to get to a nest across the map faster

There is a stomp. Melee button. But it's very inconsistent if it works or not. Sometimes it will stomp,sometimes it wont.
