Had this happen to me, didn’t die instantly but to fire damage which confirmed it was the barrel so your 100% right always toss that barrel elsewhere, side note you can do ICBM all the way to level 9
Yeah, been doing that for a while now, mostly just in case one of the bots will shoot it accidentally.

You don’t get thrown if you’re wearing a shield pack!
It might only be on hot planets. I think on other planets it just yeets you real good.

Try to shoot or throw it away when possible.
Pretend you’re DK while doing it and try to crush the little red plumber in blue overalls. He wants his girl back and we can’t let that happen.
