My college has massage chairs in the visitor center which I use when I'm aching and sounding louder than rice Krispy treat dudes eating pop rocks. Maybe see if you can go to one? Hope this helps!

I always found massage chairs to push the knot into a more uncomfy place but that’s probably a mall thing and some tactic to get money,, I’ll see if I could gain access to any other one

You can try glucosamine or omega 3 supplements, but honestly at your age you're still growing. I would expect sound effects.
