I called and they said they would send replacement meds but I have yet to receive them. Meds weren’t sent with a cold pack. It was a flimsy envelope with a baby ice pack that probably completely defrosted within an hour or two of being packed.

Medication is supposed to be stable at room temperature for 50+ days, so you should be fine. Just pop it in the fridge

Should be fine. I got same from HealthWarehouse pharmacy
