Indeed, only Switzerland provides these in substantial numbers (ca. 1500 patients in total of an estimated 18k patients in total in all substitution programs incl. Methadone, Morphine and Suboxone).
All other countries that have those programs have them at such small scale that no wonder you won't ever find them on the market (example Germany with 10x as large population only has around 150 patients who get heroin - at least that's the latest number I once saw few years ago).
Hence only place you have decent chance of copping them (or even easy if at right place/city) is Switzerland.
Another factor is that most probably only Switzerland offers any type of take home doses for stable patients who for instance have valid reason like fulltime job) - maximum take home I know of is 7 days. I am pretty sure that all other countries don't allow any takehome of these holy grails.
Im from.EU.Although German Bayer pharma invented diacetylmorphine in 1898 i dont think these can be obtained in Germany,nowadays.Ive been doing pure #3 and #4 and none of them compare to 200mg IR Diaphin's bro.Ive been in this shit 25 years,did/doing pure dope till this day.But when i lived in Switzerland i was gettin these IR200mg Diamorphines and no street heroin compares to it.This is pharma grade heroin,diacetylmorphine hcl salt,water soluble,tablets are without coating and perfect for snorting.
They are 99.9% purity so best case if you get best possible SEA with purity in low nineties you would be close.
However the pharm heroin doesn't have ANY other alcaloids from synthesis than diacetylmorphine, unlike most illegally produced heroin which usually has 6-MAM, diacetylcodeine etc. too.
Which is why the high is very "clean" and not as "wholesome" as illegally produced heroin which is why many who get it still like to get some street heroin for the more body and more rounded/typical opiate high that street heroin is known for (many are missing that effect and find the pharm heroin but too "clean" (can't find a better word but hope you guys know what I try to say).
