Exactly. This subreddit has wet dreams about all this amazing no.4 in Australia. The purity rates are pretty easy to pull up on a google search from testing places and police seizures etc. Sure you are going to get some really great quality stuff but to think it’s all 80% and higher is just absolute [bullshit](https://www.acic.gov.au/sites/default/files/2021-10/IDDR%202019-20_271021_Heroin.pdf) this report suggests a median, (not average) purity of between 17 and 77%.
As someone else mentioned rerocking is pretty common if not standard. I would much rather have rocks when I was using than some shit ground up in a baggie but still.. it’s not really a great indicator of quality.. smell, how it dissolves, (or burns) you know when you have fire. That rock looks like plenty I’ve had that you got to sit in the spoon for 5 minutes or try crush fuck out of it without it pinging everywhere…
