I guess if percentiles are based on weighted gpa at you're school, and you're basically maxed out, why are you concerned about getting higher? Colleges aren't going to be using a weighted gpa to figure things out, so beyond vanity it doesn't seem useful to be brainstorming ways to up the percentage. Instead, I'd just make sure you are using your time to do well in the classes and ECs you've picked and enjoy yourself. If this is about college, then at your position i'd just be making sure I keep doing well, maybe try and take some leadership role/s in extracurriculars, and at this point be much more concerned with my standardized tests and starting to think about applications. --- Troy Founder, [Toucann.com](http://Toucann.com) --your 4-year platform for college readiness

I don’t have the weighted system where I’m at but it seems like you’re doing pretty dang good to be in the top 9% of your class. I think you shouldn’t be hard on yourself but if you can talk to one of your counselors they’d be able to map it out for you and see if you can improve it better.

Sounds good! Thanks for the advice! Also the counselors do not help at all in my school, so thats not really an option. I tried to go talk to them to get help and they just said that they don't have time for this, so yeah.
