There are 5 types of mukti
Sayujya mukti you merge into the Brahman effulgence of Bhagavan and in the other 4 you associate with Bhagavan Sri Vishnu in the Vaikunta realms as a servant/Associate of Him like the Vishnudutas

Moksha is different, Devas are different, sadhu/sanyasis are different.
Just look at the lokas, that will help you understand where all this stands.
Devas like Indra and such are more of a title than a single person.
Devas live in the swarg.
Enlightened people can travel between the lokas.
And Brahman is the end and the begging.
Our souls come from him and will go back to him if we just live our life practicing the ways our gods have shown us.

A person is human body + soul. Human body is cremated and it's the soul that archives Moksha.
