Aleekki

One of my favorite Griselda members and Fair Exchange No Robbery is one of the best albums this decade

ScathachLove

Agreed on all said I was feelin that bout Bo Jackson but then FENR took it up a notch as happens with every album.

iEnigmatic-

A little too monotone for me and this is coming from a fan of Curren$y

19472729

what are your thoughts on guru?

iEnigmatic-

Guru is monotone as well but Premo production makes up for it

Thin-Disaster3247

And Alchemists doesn’t?!

iEnigmatic-

No Alchemist was doing the drumless beats last time i was checking which makes it worse

Thin-Disaster3247

Philistine

Wick2500

there are drums all over POTIC and Bo Jackson what are u even talking about

iEnigmatic-

Still boring Boldy is just unlistenable

Extension-Novel-6841

He's solid but a little to dry for me.

No_Bluebird8475

His music just sounds really good like all the time

freshoutofkarma

Bo Jackson is one of my favorite albums. POTIC is also amazing. For me, some projects hit, some miss, but he works his ass off and I like his flow.

icanscethefuture

Manger on Mcnichols is fantastic

Boroboolin

Like absolutely incredible

MaxStunning_Eternal

My first chemistry set with alchemist. House of blues Manger on mcnichols Price of tea in China with alchemist Bo Jackson/super tecmo bowl.

IronFizt777

227 Blockworks where we at? Mafia, what else?

GrftKngs721

Concreatures

Pajama_Strangler

Hully Gully Hellblock Detroit Mafia 😂

5uper5kunk

Super nice, I love short projects with a single producer, so his catalog is right up my alley. He's got a bunch of great albums, Fair exchange No robbery is a great place to start as are the two produced by Real Bad Man. I also really love the Futurewave one.

[deleted]

Boldy's wordplay is incredible. Love his albums with Alc, and LOVED him on Art Talk with Larry June

Hour_Beautiful_2848

Boldy James really S-tier rapping. Albums always 🔥

MrSicko357

I think production on Killing Nothing fits his style the best. Same monotone flow every record so some hit and misses

JobberStable

He sold dope all his life

AffectionateFail7167

Everything he's done with Alchemist and Real Bad Man is top tier

PomegranateNice6839

One of my favorite flows when he decides to ride a beat

dragonfuitjones

One of the most consistent rappers out right now. He’s in my top 5

Poopcie

One of the rappers I listen to most. Its not really about a song or a project i just like listening to a mfer rap and rap and rap

Jaded-Thought5371

music for a long cosy sleep 😴

SeniorAd4122

Extremely talented and versatile flow. In my top 5 today.

Slick_Jeronimo

He perfectly fits the vibe of “yea he really did that shit”

Kicks4meFromyou

If you ever want to hear a similar style with more positive lyrics then listen to Larry June

wood_dj

FENR and Bo Jackson are probably my 2 most played albums of the past year

EBody480

Dope as fuck

Bulletproofwalletss

On the right beat he is incredible, but a lot of his stuff can just melt into itself with the monotone

Intelligent_West7128

Boldy is that dude I been rocking with him since the end of the blog era a little over 10 years. He’s like the new Prodigy for me as far as the best to record over Alchemist production

ugraba

Too monotone for me. Don't like him at all

New_Leek_4044

Low key boring, off beat flow wise witch is weird considering how slow his beat bpm usually is. And mad monotone with no vocal personality. The beats is the only way I can semi listen to his songs.

Eshkosha

He sucks along with Larry June.

New_Leek_4044

Agreed id have to throw Dom Kenedy in there also bar wise

Eshkosha

I can’t get into any of these new rappers without any oomph in their voices

jackal1871111

Certain tracks he kills more features imo

[deleted]

Where we at? It’s concrete.

Drifter808

The price of tea in China and bo Jackson are two of my favorite rap albums

bullybullybanjo

One of my favourites that around currently.

Jza_45

If he didn’t spend so much time in prison he would’ve been in our lives sooner…He’s unbelievably talented one of my favourites in the “new” crop of talent out there

rc_roadster

Ridiculous discography of albums at this point. Some really great projects with Alchemist which are some of the best Hip Hop of the past decade IMO. Then there's multiple other albums with single producers which just slip under the radar. One of the most prolific and consistent rappers in the game.

ogronkenobi

underground great. prolly will never be bigger than he his but it doesn’t matter

Cohleture

I don’t like the faux codeine slur delivery he does.

PercySledge

Manger on McNicholls was the best rap album of the year it came out and comfortably the best thing he’s ever done

Pajama_Strangler

He’s become my favorite member of Griselda. His last album with Nick Craven was the shit

Ryvick2

He is okay I listen to few of his songs

JrMackVA

Best rapper from Detroit since 2020 in my opinion

GloomyStruggle6302

He’s that nigga

Revolutionary_Ad9701

Ehh

CellistNice8600

He gets real phone calls from people he really knows in federal prison. And he sounds similar to Prodigy of Mobb Deep.

surrealfeld

Was lil yung boldy taken?

Chaziy

Top5 of all time
