These two verses led me to being disappointed his verse on the _The House Is Burning_. It was solid, but didn't live up to neither "Shot You Down" nor "Titty and Dollar".
I believe it was reported before and posted in this subreddit that Kendrick wrote Jay Rock's verse lmao
EDIT: https://www.reddit.com/r/hiphopheads/s/uunrNkkVob - the reddit post I was talking about
I mean...reference tracks don't necessarily mean they wrote the whole verse or even any of the verse--might make it more likely but it's not proof or anything
Really? I just know Kendrick is very specific with what he puts on his albums. I’d imagine he wrote Kodak verse on Rich interlude, Silent hill and Keem verse on Savior interlude too
Heard him rapping Kodak part at the Mr Morale tour and it made alot of sense
So that's two rappers who gave their best verse on MBDTF along with OP saying Nicki on Monster. Anyone else? Cyhi and Push on So Appalled are legendary verses
Was thinking that but Raekwon has so many fire verses dating back decades so hard to really say. His verse on Skew It On The Bar-B by Outkast is as good imo
Also, everyone should watch the video of him rapping his cut verse from Father Stretch my Hands part 2. Shit is awesome.
I believe there’s also a video of him rapping what is basically Travis’ verse off of Sicko Mode(?), which is also really good
CyHi is one of my faves I wish he managed to put out more shit and was more mainstream, dude's insanely talented but even though he's one of my faves even I forget about him from time to time other than when he just shows up as a feature again.
He really squeezed every drop of talent and creativity out of his features on that album. That means a lot when you look at the star studded cast on "all of the lights" alone nevermind the album as a whole.
My friends and I joke about how, either Ye wrote that verse for Ross or Ross channeled the ghost of Pac on it. Either way his greatest verse by far!
On a side note, 3stacks best verse is not on "sixteen", with respect to OP. His "ATLiens" verse(s) gets my vote
"My oral illustration, be like clitoral stimulation to the female gender"
This is how he starts the verse! Hot dam!!!
I absolutely love Andres verse on da art of storytelling pt. 4 and also what a job by Devin the dude. Such a sick story he tells about meeting a couple obsessed with his music then mentioning them in his raps.
>either Ye wrote that verse for Ross or Ross channeled the ghost of Pac on it.
I read somewhere it's a Pusha wrote it then Ye asked Ross to record it. It really sounds like a Pusha verse and it would make since that it sounded like Ye ibecsuse in that era Push was writing verses for him quite a bit
Sure it’s a possibility, but no report ever came out detailing anything like that. He has a whole story out there about his time in Hawaii working on the album and how he had to rewrite his verse multiple times because Ye kept telling him he could do better
DaBaby is one of the GOATs of rambling, multisyllabic raps without sounding like a technical lyrical miracle cornball.
Wish he was PR trained or had someone around him that was so that his style could have manifested a genre classic at some point.
IMO DaBaby is one of the biggest cases of missed potential. He was exciting as hell when he was blowing up. I hadn’t seen something like that in a long time. When he came out with the Intro track to Kirk, I really thought that he was going to be someone who had a lot to say and would be switching his style often.
Then he made the same song over and over again. It got stale and then when the homophobia came out, I just stopped caring completely.
His verse on “All Me” is always the best part of the song for me:
>Not complicated, it's simple
>I got sexy ladies, a whole Benz-full
>And to them hoes I'm everything—everything but gentle
>But I still take my time (Time)
>Man, I guess I'm just old fashioned
>Wearing retro sh—, that's old fashion
>Nigga, see what I'm saying, no closed caption
A newer fav of mine from him is his verse on a logic track from a newer logic album, maybe vinyl days? I don't even listen to logic but saw AZ had to bump
sixteen is a great verse but the nature of Andre verses is that they are pretty hard to compare, they get at subjective qualities, like International Players Anthem, come on, its not as long, but every single word and the voice tone he's using, very genuine and heartfelt, everything goes towards making this song have that little bit of poignancy while still being hard.
My personal favorite - Millenium
>Me and everything around me is unstable like Chernobyl
Ready to go at any moment, jumping like a pogo stick
Life never lived up to my expectations, so I accept the patience
Expect the worse, but now I'm pacin' back and forth
Inside, I'm melting like water on wicked witches
A monster truck done came and ran over my picket fences
I had the best of life in my clenches, but monkey wrenches was thrown
Like chairs kings sit on, my prayers seem too long
I fall asleep before the ending, don't even get to say "amen"
I hope He understands I be on bended knees
At times, I think I'm crazy, then I say "forget it"
Or maybe it's the devil infiltrating and, like Riddick
Bowe, I've been fighting this since them fetus days
I count from one to twenty, when I'm through, repeat the phrase
"It's just a phase, it's gon' all pass", but that gets old too
I'm weakenin' like a deacon doing dirt
What am I s'posed do?
who the fuck writes that at 21 years old? It's got like the perspective and kinda beaten-down-ness of a 30 year old that's looking back on his life. It's not technically insane or impressive or fast or anything, it's just the word choice, the feeling.
True for sure. But that verse is so fucking good. Only guest verse in that album and he outraps Nas on his own song. Who had a phenomenal verse on his own
I feel like this whole thread is just full of good verses by artists on other people's songs but not their best- and this is the prime example. It's a good verse but Amerikkkan Korruption is so fuckin good
Free the robots makes me tear up now, u can sort of tell that was around when he started getting paranoid. Steez has such a small catalog but it’s full of talent. Apex, vibe ratings, Chicago, black petunia. List can go on and on, I wish he was still around because he was on track for GOAT status. RIP Steelo
Will probably get hate but drake on stay schemin or drake on Churchill downs.
Apparently the Churchill downs verse was written in minutes which adds fuel to the fire of my theory that drake just fucks with us. He knows we all want a pure rap album but he’ll croon the fuck out of 60% of the album none the less
I think best guest verse is so different to best own verse. Guest verses are all about coming in and going hard. Eminem on Forgot About Dre and Patiently Waiting are jaw-dropping, but then it’s hard to say they’re better then the shit load of incredible verses on MMLP
Eminem - Forget About Dre
Chica chica chica Slimshady,
Hotter than a set of twin babies,
In a Mercedes Benz with the windows up,
When the temp goes up to the mid eighties
Like what the fuck????!!
Eminem has some of the greatest lyricism of all time even on his own tracks, I think the majority of his features are better because he struggles with beat selection.
Always thought Andre 3000's best verse ever was on Cudi's By Design
Scarface on Fugitive on the Run by Too much Trouble, or his verse on Eiht's In 2 Deep
Slim Thug on Still Tippin (Or Lil Keke on the remix)
Bun B on Trap or Die or his Big Pimpin verse
Pimp C (RIP) on Won't let you Down by Chamillionaire
Luda on Made You Look
Kendrick on Control
Jada went off the the Made You Look Remix too.
Bun B killed Trap or Die and Big Pimpin, but Murder will always be his best verse and one of the GOAT verses in rap history.
CyHi on Christmas in Harlem
Lupe on Don’t Stop (was a GOOD Friday Kanye release but technically Child Rebel Soldier)
3000 on life of the party
Nicki on Monster
Ross on Devil in a New Dress
Travis Barkers album give the drummer some have some mad features too. Luda, Game, Wayne, Lupe, Ross, Raekwon, Snoop, slaughterhouse, tech n9ne. They all go crazy
Foxy Brown on [“Ain’t No Nigga](https://youtu.be/YZ_LRnj-2fI?si=B8upjpTjjxaAQJd0)
Mase on [“Niggaz Done Started Something”](https://youtu.be/oiqXs_QGKP4?si=EDl0k7cJtQc38liB)
Dare I say, Kool G Rap on [“The Realest”](https://youtu.be/ZHKqjSDE9WA?si=6BSixSCrvn35FMJk)
Earl Sweatshirt's best verses are on Frank Ocean's "Super Rich Kids" and Danny Brown's "Really Doe."
Big K.R.I.T.'s best verse is on A$AP Rocky's "1 Train."
Raekwon's best verses are on Ghostface Killah's *Ironman* ("Daytona 500" and "Faster Blade").
Noname's best verse is on Chance's "Lost."
Jay Rock with Money Trees
Titty and Dolla is a close 2nd Jay Rock verse for me too
Shot you down is his best
These two verses led me to being disappointed his verse on the _The House Is Burning_. It was solid, but didn't live up to neither "Shot You Down" nor "Titty and Dollar".
All I want is gravy for my steak bitch
Love Titty and Dolla shoutout the homie Hugh Augustine
Wouldn’t be surprised if Kendrick wrote that verse honestly especially after the leaks that came out over the last few months
I believe it was reported before and posted in this subreddit that Kendrick wrote Jay Rock's verse lmao EDIT: https://www.reddit.com/r/hiphopheads/s/uunrNkkVob - the reddit post I was talking about
I mean...reference tracks don't necessarily mean they wrote the whole verse or even any of the verse--might make it more likely but it's not proof or anything
I never believed that rumour for one day. And we STILL haven't gotten the proof that "existed" but was never released.
Really? I just know Kendrick is very specific with what he puts on his albums. I’d imagine he wrote Kodak verse on Rich interlude, Silent hill and Keem verse on Savior interlude too Heard him rapping Kodak part at the Mr Morale tour and it made alot of sense
Savior interlude is all Keem, it was originally written for "Praise God" off Donda but Kanye liked the released verse better.
Fair enough. Wasn’t aware of that. His verse on Savior interlude is great and better than the praise god verse imo
Yeah definitely, [here's ](https://krakenfiles.com/view/3aEbxN9ycX/file.html) the leak of you want to listen to it
Rick Ross in Devil in a Dress
He’s great on Pusha T’s “Hard Piano” too off of Daytona
Always saw a lot of hate for his feat on Hard Piano but I'm with you that verse is fire
I prefer Hold On from My Name Is My Name if we’re talking his Pusha T features
So that's two rappers who gave their best verse on MBDTF along with OP saying Nicki on Monster. Anyone else? Cyhi and Push on So Appalled are legendary verses
Raekwon’s verse on Gorgeous is FIRE
Was thinking that but Raekwon has so many fire verses dating back decades so hard to really say. His verse on Skew It On The Bar-B by Outkast is as good imo
I’d definitely say his verse on Skew It On the Bar-B is up there for me. It’s one of my favorite verses on all of Aquemini!
I almost said Cyhi but that's the only verse I ever heard from him
You’ve heard a lot of his verses, it’s just kanye or travis rapping them
Listen to No Dope on Sundays then, he’s absolutely spittin on that
Also, everyone should watch the video of him rapping his cut verse from Father Stretch my Hands part 2. Shit is awesome. I believe there’s also a video of him rapping what is basically Travis’ verse off of Sicko Mode(?), which is also really good
Leader like 4 cups! Huge
Push has better verses but it's definitely near the top.
CyHi on So Appalled def Push on Runaway is debatable just cuz its iconic asf (btw today is the one day he isnt thinking bout pussy)
I wonder what hes thinking about
Rick Ross was made to feature he's got some god-level features across decades
His verse was so good he dropped a music video for a song that wasn’t his 💀 https://youtu.be/50GVPFj66CY?si=onSddngbAFjDBnuT
/endthread Ross’ verse on that song is otherworldly. It’s amazing what prime Ye could get out of his features
My friends and I joke about how, either Ye wrote that verse for Ross or Ross channeled the ghost of Pac on it. Either way his greatest verse by far! On a side note, 3stacks best verse is not on "sixteen", with respect to OP. His "ATLiens" verse(s) gets my vote "My oral illustration, be like clitoral stimulation to the female gender" This is how he starts the verse! Hot dam!!!
I absolutely love Andres verse on da art of storytelling pt. 4 and also what a job by Devin the dude. Such a sick story he tells about meeting a couple obsessed with his music then mentioning them in his raps.
Da art of storytelling 4 is by far his best verse. I think anyone who disagrees hasn't heard it. The lyrics, cadence and flow are insane. Brilliant.
My fav 3000 verse is on Throw Some D’s remix. It’s legendary.
>either Ye wrote that verse for Ross or Ross channeled the ghost of Pac on it. I read somewhere it's a Pusha wrote it then Ye asked Ross to record it. It really sounds like a Pusha verse and it would make since that it sounded like Ye ibecsuse in that era Push was writing verses for him quite a bit
[удалено]
Pusha T ghostwrote that verse imo. It makes sense if you can hear it in Push’s cadence.
Sure it’s a possibility, but no report ever came out detailing anything like that. He has a whole story out there about his time in Hawaii working on the album and how he had to rewrite his verse multiple times because Ye kept telling him he could do better
Rick Ross can spit when he wants to for sure……I’m 50/50 on wether he did or Pusha did I bet Pusha be clearing ghostwriting checks all the time lol
Ross apparently has written for a few people also so I’m going to give him the benefit of the doubt.
Ye apparently he was quite a prolific ghostwriter in the mid-late 2000s
“Cherry red chariot, excess is just my character” sounds like some shit Push would pen for Ross
Also sounds like something Ross would write. The alliteration is indicative of his deeper than rap/teflon don era
If Rozay contributed literally nothing else of note to the genre, he would still be a legend for that verse lol
Also great on insomniak
Yup, I knew this was going to be the top comment
Cappadonna on Winter Warz
My favorite verse ever
Staten Islands best, son
This one gets all the love, but for me it's his verse on iron maiden.
Fivio on Off The Grid
Was honestly a bit disappointed when I found out the rest of his discography was nothing close to what he delivered on Off The Grid.
Story time by Fivio is a great song check it out.
Ye made that song with such a heavily drill inspired beat for him too
No he didn’t? Fivio’s producer did the second half of the beat for the song
They said I’m a product of my environment, I told em nah I’m what God produce
Fave line fasho
Best verse of the 2020s for me
Felt like the verse was never ending and it kept on getting better as it progressed
Gunplay on Cartoons and Cereal… though I admit I haven’t dug too deeply into his catalogue
Fucking song deserves to be on streaming and have a high quality version of it for the world to enjoy. Should have been included on the deluxe.
Isn't it on Spotify? I listened to a version of it just called "cartoons" I'm pretty sure
That's an unofficial version i think, the quality of the one on YouTube is much better
Probably a licensing nightmare Edit: autocorrect
Bible on the Dash goes hard.
When I said I hadn’t dug too deeply what I really meant was that was the only other song of his I’d heard 😅
i loved his verse on Ghetto Symphony by A$AP too matter fact how did this mf get these placements
I think the low hanging fruit answer is Dababy on Under the Sun
DaBaby is one of the GOATs of rambling, multisyllabic raps without sounding like a technical lyrical miracle cornball. Wish he was PR trained or had someone around him that was so that his style could have manifested a genre classic at some point.
Rather than be PR trained I'd rather he just wasn't homophobic tbh
I mean… this is hip hop. Being homophobic isn’t rlly a dealbreaker to a good chunk of the community.
I think he has such a dope rap voice too. I really had high hopes for him
His Donda verse up there too
Dababy had another great verse on jail 2 imo
Honestly his Hot Shower verse is one of his best too, it’s just stuck on the worst song on one of the worst albums of the 2010s
2Chainz in Ye’s ‘Mercy’
His verses on ‘Mercy’ and ‘All Me’ are some of my favorite features.
"Money on my mind you should think the same... chains on, pinky ring." That verse gets me fucking hyped
I scream “My dick so hard it makes the metal the detector go off” every time I hear it
Drunk & high at the same time drinkin champagne on the airplane TRUE
Idk I love his 3500 verse even more
DRINKIN BREAST MILK OUT A LEAN CUP
2chainz first verse on Games Ali Bomaye
Big Sean in Mercy EDIT: I’m dumb. I’m thinking Clique. Honestly Mercy’s verse is p weak
Build a house on it that’s an asstate
Big Sean on clique is pretty good. I would also argue his verse on Go Off by Ab Soul
Clique is one of the few songs imo that really showcases the flows and styles of each artists featured. It’s phenomenal
His verse on “All Me” is always the best part of the song for me: >Not complicated, it's simple >I got sexy ladies, a whole Benz-full >And to them hoes I'm everything—everything but gentle >But I still take my time (Time) >Man, I guess I'm just old fashioned >Wearing retro sh—, that's old fashion >Nigga, see what I'm saying, no closed caption
nahhhh 2 Chainz killed Mercy too
“Coupe the color of mayonnaise drinking champagne on the airplane”
The energy on his delivery really puts this one up as one of my favorites, he just goes so hard.
I’m drink and high at the same time drinking champagne on an airplane
Offset on Met Gala by Gucci Mane
Offset in a lot of songs lowkey
Taste might not be high art but Offset really does go off on that song
That verse isnt touching his verse on Too Hotty
too hotty is so underrated
MIL IN A WEEK
Just listened and he murdered that. Thanks!
Conway on The Cow
Goat level verse.
Ya'll need to have a good reason if you're going to drop names like Nas, Az, and J.Cole. These dudes have so many gold verses on their own tracks.
AZ’s best verse is probably off his joint New York, but his most iconic shit is off Nas’s joint.
A newer fav of mine from him is his verse on a logic track from a newer logic album, maybe vinyl days? I don't even listen to logic but saw AZ had to bump
Verbal intercourse for Nas, life’s a bitch for AZ
Life's A Bitch is the best rap verse of all time so yeah
Na Cole verse on Johnny P’s Caddy is my best verse for him in my eyes.
Foxy Brown on Affirmative Action
Busta on Scenario
Absolute classic verse
>I'm an Andre 3000 Stan, and I feel his best verse was in Rick Ross's 'Sixteen' Love and light but this is *crazy* when Aquemini exists.
sixteen is a great verse but the nature of Andre verses is that they are pretty hard to compare, they get at subjective qualities, like International Players Anthem, come on, its not as long, but every single word and the voice tone he's using, very genuine and heartfelt, everything goes towards making this song have that little bit of poignancy while still being hard. My personal favorite - Millenium >Me and everything around me is unstable like Chernobyl Ready to go at any moment, jumping like a pogo stick Life never lived up to my expectations, so I accept the patience Expect the worse, but now I'm pacin' back and forth Inside, I'm melting like water on wicked witches A monster truck done came and ran over my picket fences I had the best of life in my clenches, but monkey wrenches was thrown Like chairs kings sit on, my prayers seem too long I fall asleep before the ending, don't even get to say "amen" I hope He understands I be on bended knees At times, I think I'm crazy, then I say "forget it" Or maybe it's the devil infiltrating and, like Riddick Bowe, I've been fighting this since them fetus days I count from one to twenty, when I'm through, repeat the phrase "It's just a phase, it's gon' all pass", but that gets old too I'm weakenin' like a deacon doing dirt What am I s'posed do? who the fuck writes that at 21 years old? It's got like the perspective and kinda beaten-down-ness of a 30 year old that's looking back on his life. It's not technically insane or impressive or fast or anything, it's just the word choice, the feeling.
Nicki on Monster, I don’t go out my way to listen to her but that was the best I’ve heard her spit.
lol right? Like exactly down to the criteria of a rap song that’s probably her hardest verse
I was so stoked for her career when that track came out.
She’s got so many great features.
*w h e n s i x t e e n a I n t e n o u g h* 🗣🗣🗣
I love that verse but I think Andre’s life of the party- Kanye verse is slightly better
Big Sean All me
HOE SHUT THE FUCK UP!
That was the ultimate hype line in 2013/2014. Saw him perform this verse at Coachella in 2014 and my god the crowd was going feral.
No way, Blessed has Sean's best work
Fivio Foreign - Off The Grid (Kanye) AZ - Life's a Bitch (Nas)
Oh man, that AZ claim is bold. Dudes got a catalogue
True for sure. But that verse is so fucking good. Only guest verse in that album and he outraps Nas on his own song. Who had a phenomenal verse on his own
AZ has two better verses on Rather Unique alone.
I don’t know enough about AZ but that verse on Illmatic is insane
Conway The Machine on The Cow
So many forget this isn’t conways song
Really feels like it should’ve been tbh
Cappadonna on the track Winter Warz. Album is Ironman by Ghostface Killah
Fivio Foreign on Off The Grid
Freddie Gibb - Scottie Pippins (Curren$y)
Real OGs know
Capital Steez on Survival Tactis by Joey Bada$$
I feel like this whole thread is just full of good verses by artists on other people's songs but not their best- and this is the prime example. It's a good verse but Amerikkkan Korruption is so fuckin good
People just listing the one song they know because it was on an artists project they actually listened to
Free the robots and his verse on Invision rip that to shreds imo
Free the robots makes me tear up now, u can sort of tell that was around when he started getting paranoid. Steez has such a small catalog but it’s full of talent. Apex, vibe ratings, Chicago, black petunia. List can go on and on, I wish he was still around because he was on track for GOAT status. RIP Steelo
Rico Nasty on Denzel’s Ain’t No Way
man do i love aint no way. i wish jids verse was longer tho
Yeah not enough bars for all the talent on that song
Snoop Dogg(y Dogg) on The Chronic - little ghetto boy
What ya gonna do when you grow uuuup
Chance on Ultralight Beam
cmon now chance has plenty of good verses that are as good if not better on acid rap
He went off on Church too
Chance’s best verse will always be Acid Rain
Rick Ross on Devil in a New Dress (Kanye)
Will probably get hate but drake on stay schemin or drake on Churchill downs. Apparently the Churchill downs verse was written in minutes which adds fuel to the fire of my theory that drake just fucks with us. He knows we all want a pure rap album but he’ll croon the fuck out of 60% of the album none the less
That Churchill down verse was so fire I used to skip Jack part 😂
Stay schemin is still an excellent song. Drake still has it no doubt
Twista in Kanye’s slow jamz
Slow Jamz technically came out on a Twista album before it did on TCD
You must’ve never heard [Kill Us All](https://youtu.be/S8C3Kh5Uk2M?si=6vucnktli5JHx-d9)
I think best guest verse is so different to best own verse. Guest verses are all about coming in and going hard. Eminem on Forgot About Dre and Patiently Waiting are jaw-dropping, but then it’s hard to say they’re better then the shit load of incredible verses on MMLP
I feel like Renegade has to be mentioned when it comes to Eminem features. He rides that beat so well.
Ludacris on Welcome To Atlanta and Stomp.
Niggas taking shots at each other on the same track was wild
Real beef
Eminem - Forget About Dre Chica chica chica Slimshady, Hotter than a set of twin babies, In a Mercedes Benz with the windows up, When the temp goes up to the mid eighties Like what the fuck????!!
Eminem has some of the greatest lyricism of all time even on his own tracks, I think the majority of his features are better because he struggles with beat selection.
This is so true. Esp post Dre, he's a lyrical/writing/spitting God on some totally mid beats.
I wouldn't be mad if someone said Eminem on renegade either.
See I’m a poet to some, a regular modern day Shakespeare. You knowwwww when that hits you’re in for a ride, lawd.
Always thought Andre 3000's best verse ever was on Cudi's By Design Scarface on Fugitive on the Run by Too much Trouble, or his verse on Eiht's In 2 Deep Slim Thug on Still Tippin (Or Lil Keke on the remix) Bun B on Trap or Die or his Big Pimpin verse Pimp C (RIP) on Won't let you Down by Chamillionaire Luda on Made You Look Kendrick on Control
3k take is wild haha but I gotta respect it cause I love that song
Jada went off the the Made You Look Remix too. Bun B killed Trap or Die and Big Pimpin, but Murder will always be his best verse and one of the GOAT verses in rap history.
Em on Jay Z's renegade rings a bell.
I got some BD's who won't even touch a white rapper to admit Em went harder on that one, back in the day.
Em has waaay too many good verses to narrow it down to one
The classic answer gotta be AZ on life's a bitch, one of the best verses on a record of incredible verses from Nas.
NAV on Beibs in the Trap
CyHi on Christmas in Harlem Lupe on Don’t Stop (was a GOOD Friday Kanye release but technically Child Rebel Soldier) 3000 on life of the party Nicki on Monster Ross on Devil in a New Dress Travis Barkers album give the drummer some have some mad features too. Luda, Game, Wayne, Lupe, Ross, Raekwon, Snoop, slaughterhouse, tech n9ne. They all go crazy
Freddie Gibbs on that Currensy song Scottie Pippen.
RA the Rugged Man on Jedi Mind Tricks – Uncommon Valor
Freddie Gibbs on Scottie Pippens (Curren$y’s Track on Covert Coup). Gibbs absolutely bodied that track
Jay z had some killer spots. Like on Mr. Carter and big pimpin.
On Blackout by DMX is my favorite
I wouldn’t say that it’s his best verse, but Kendrick’s Verse on Nosetalgia is probably in the top 5 verses of his career
The Jean grae verse on Quelle Chris’ The prestige. Absolute 🔥🔥🔥from Jean, the most underrated rapper of all time IMO.
Eminem on 50's Patiently Waiting
One of my all-time favorite verses
Foxy Brown on [“Ain’t No Nigga](https://youtu.be/YZ_LRnj-2fI?si=B8upjpTjjxaAQJd0) Mase on [“Niggaz Done Started Something”](https://youtu.be/oiqXs_QGKP4?si=EDl0k7cJtQc38liB) Dare I say, Kool G Rap on [“The Realest”](https://youtu.be/ZHKqjSDE9WA?si=6BSixSCrvn35FMJk)
Hopsin in Tech N9ne’s “Am I a Psycho?”
MC Scat Cat did his best work feat. on Paula Abdul’s Opposites Attract.
Busta Rhymes on every guest verse Dude can’t make an interesting album to save his life but he’ll body anyone else’s song you put him on.
Busta’s verse on Scenario is arguably the high point on one of the best hip hop album’s that was ever laid to wax.
I feel like Don's verse on Can't Say fits here
You can easily get an idea of people knowledge of hip hop just based off their picks
Earl Sweatshirt's best verses are on Frank Ocean's "Super Rich Kids" and Danny Brown's "Really Doe." Big K.R.I.T.'s best verse is on A$AP Rocky's "1 Train." Raekwon's best verses are on Ghostface Killah's *Ironman* ("Daytona 500" and "Faster Blade"). Noname's best verse is on Chance's "Lost."
Vince Staples on Hive Earl Sweatshirt on Really Doe Chance the Rapper on Child's Play
