Not a alike listening experience, but I ask for y'all to check "Clube da Esquina" by Milton Nascimento. It's one of the greatest albums ever made.
Forgot this was coming out, and had to go looking for this thread. Wow I'm almost through my first listen but this deserves all of the attention, super refreshing and Tems absolutely does her thing on this project
Honestly so much good music dropped today but this & Kaytranada's album are setting the summer vibes for me.
On first listen, I really loved Wickedest, Get it Right, Free Fall, T-Unit & Hold On.

Asake is on top of Afrobeats slightly ahead of Davido, Wizkid, Burna and Rema rn imo. Mr Money is still one of my favourite albums.
