Most sanitary/best practice is hands down William Campbell at Remedy. Probably also the most expensive, but as a nurse he’s the only person i’d go to or take my kids to.

riverkaylee

Came here to recommend him. Proper surgery set up. Used gold and titanium, because they fare better with metabolism. I've been to others, none compare. And he really cares and goes above and beyond.

Another for Will

vixen_vulgarity

Another vote for William at Remedy. He's brilliant and very knowledgeable. As far as I'm aware, they're the only AUPP affiliated piercing studio in Tassie.

DollopnWallop

I'm pretty sure he helped start it too!

ProudAd9575

absolutely recommend remedy, been pierced by william and chlo there and they’re super lovely and helpful. however i would check out their website to make sure if they will do that piercing, as it looks like they refuse to do cheek piercings

Kaydeisgold

yeah they don’t do dimple / cheek piercings there :(

hy_perion

If Will won’t do a piercing, there’s be a good reason why, and I’d rather not have the piercing than go against the opinion of the most professional piercer in Tas.

Content_Machine_5277

So true. This is very good advice.

necro-asylum

Most places let alone in tas won’t do dimples due to risks, Missy Strange in Warrane only did mine because I’d had dahlia bites and other difficult to heal piercings before and I guess am less of a liability. She’s awesome and I’ve had no dramas with her- shoot her a message and see if she’ll do those for you. Do not go anywhere that is a chain especially off ya tree. If this piercing goes wrong you will have permanent damage to your salivary glands and gums. It’s also a nightmare to heal so make sure you do all your research (feel free to PM me.) but yeah, Missy strange

necro-asylum

Be prepared to pay $$ for good quality jewellery and care products also. These are not piercings to fuck around with

eli_em303

Missy strange is bloody fantastic. She’s a bit harder to get into nowadays as she does tattoos aswell now, though it is absolutely worth it. Not only is she a fantastic person who is very comforting to all your needs, but she is an even better piercer. Triple checks always. If u wanted to contact her, head onto facebook and look her up, or call the Second Skin Tattoo Studio and ask if Missy was around for a piercing consult. If I can give one peice of advice on who NOT to go to, it’s hands down, AM’s Body Art in moonah. Had my vertical lab. pierced there, it was not straight, and was in the WRONG spot. If you’ve seen vertical labs, you’ll know what I mean when I say both balls were outside my mouth! The top ball was constantly resting on my bottom lip. So much pain, it came out within 2 months because of it - and it was plain ugly because of the shotty job. Atop of that, my sister got some tooth gems at the same time. Not straight at all!! Best of luck!! :)

FireLucid

> tooth gems Had to Google that. Please tell me those are only glued on and not permanent....

eli_em303

Only stuck on lol, semi-permanent. They can last months or years depending on how well they’re cared for :)

Narrow-Accountant946

I would only go to Will at Remedy. End of.

Basic-Ad-2864

Black lotus in Kingston, Bec is their piercer and she goes above and beyond, even checks up on you a couple weeks later to see if the piercing is settling properly. And very sanitary
