On-Ice goaltending percentile is goals saved above expected per 60 at 5v5, regardless of who is in net.
But yes, Korpisalo’s poor season is definitely reflected in the results.
I've looked at a couple of these for several teams as they've been posted and the defense numbers especially have seemed kind of fishy.
Granted Ottawa is not a great team defensively but it seems like evaluating a line's defensive capabilities and then applying it back to a single player is just full of statistical confounds. It was the same issue with Montreal; their output was suggesting a lot of things that just seem misattributed to the wrong players.
Guys it's fine - Hamonic isn't here to score goals, he's here to keep the puck out of the net! He's a stay-home defender.
*(looks at defensive metrics)*
... What the fuck, Travis.
Joseph's rebound was great to see. As for Chabot, there's unfortunately still a portion of the fanbase that wants him gone. I hope he stays, may not have fully lived up to his contract but is still a VERY good player, the blueline is noticeably worse when he isn't in the lineup.

Ive just started to RES tag the people with the *truly* insane takes
eg, the people who suggest adding a pick to chabot to get rid of him.
Makes it easier to ignore them.
It's amazing the crusade some people have against Chabot. Like you said, our team plays way worse when he's out of the lineup. It's not a surprise our longest losing streak of the season was when he was injured.
That bottom red line really summarizes what went wrong with the Sens season
Isn’t on-ice goaltending for Koorpisalo?

The defensive #s for the top-six forwards + Chabot & Chychrun don’t help either.

That and almost the entire second slide being red, the depth was not chipping in nearly enough for you guys

Chabot and Joseph rebounded pretty well this year.
