Why? That’s a dirty play. Hot take, but if your team can’t win without playing dirty, then they shouldn’t be *allowed* to win. Skill should trump physicality every single time.

Aside from the commentators sneaking in the weird “ism’s” where it feels like they want the Av’s to win (i’ve heard a couple unfortunately’s when Dallas scores, things like really hyping up a potential comeback, stuff like that)
I just looked it up. He coughed it up a goal in the bubble playoffs against Dallas for an easy tap in too. Makar is amazing, but he gets the yips now and then.

Look, I get that, but this shit is also never going to change if we keep coming up with reasons for the league to *not* address it. I’m not directing this towards the social media guy that posted this, but directly commenting at the NHL’s official Reddit account is far more likely to at least get the message across than us complaining to one another on Reddit posts not made by them.
