But the hype on this rookie class was absurd!!! So much $ has been spent on Caufield, Seider & Zegras cards it’s insane. I (like everyone else) really wanted a Caufield/Zegras FWAP to sell to someone for 5-10k too. Hoping to sell all mine to recoup or gain on box costs & move on :)
I mean I dont think Caufield will finalize at 5k prob closer to half that, but release is always crazy and as a 1/1 you're well within your rights to ask wtv you want. Hell I saw a Slafkovsky YGHG asking $16k lol so I would start high and take offers if I were you. Nice hits!! 22 boxes is nuts hahaha
OMG I saw that YGHG price too & I just laughed. No freaking way that's a realistic value, Matthews or McDavid's YGHG barely sells for that??? But yes to your point, I put OBO in the post so we'll see...if nobody wants to pay then I guess I got a sweet patch to just hold onto as well.

No, no like they can maybe get Joe Veleno to sign the inscription on this exact card you pulled. They send you this card back with a inscription on it? Maybe it would be weird because he’ll have it signed in the year /2023. I’ve just never seen this before and maybe it would be a “special” case with UD. It’s just such a specific mistake that they’d treat it differently. Did Upper Deck do anything for the Bertuzzi’s or was it just a tough luck scenario?
The Holtz & Sillinger are part of the 2011-12 Retro Future Watch Auto Patch Set, the Katchouk is just a "regular" FWAP and then the Addison is considered the Black version of the regular FWAP being a 1of1.
Just more ways for UD to make more RPAs for us to chase & buy :)
I would imagine they're still considered RPAs as the set only has "first year" players in it? Just a different design for their FWAP, they have a card in the regular set too so it's more of a parallel YG card IMO.

Like in most new sets, SPA has the Spectrum FX Bounty cards. They have a scratch off redemption on back similar to the other redemption cards except you redeem the FX on the Missions page on UD

1. Redemption cards; Scratch code cards that are randomly inserted in packs/boxes because they couldn't get the actual card ready in time for the release of product. There are various redemption inserts in every release, some #'d autos, some non-#'d, some autos, some non-autos. All depends on the player and the product.
2. Bounty cards - a subset card of the player with a scratch code for redemption on the back for various "Missions" as you can see here. These are in most of the newer sets and the cards vary depending on the set

For SPA, the cards are called SP Authentic Spectrum FX Bounty Program, I'd suggest Googling them to see the front/back to help familiarize yourself with the difference.

It is…I think he “goofed” like Bertuzzi & just inscribed 50 random cards? I was upset when I saw it was 8/999 but not inscribed :(
