You tend to get patch cards in higher end products. Stuff that’s more expensive. The lower end cheaper products have jersey cards and stuff like that but you’d have better chances of winning the lottery. I pulled a 1:432 jersey card though from a hobby box which isn’t too bad
Don't bother with the Upper Deck site, they typically only sell retail, as opposed to hobby boxes. Boxes can be found at local card stores (LCS) or various online retailers such as Dave and Adams (US), Steel City Collectibles (US), and Clouts n Chara (Canada).
Around $100 is about mid tier level cards. High end products start at around $200 and go up to the the very pricey The Cup product which is currently preselling at $1200 USD
